Writing bios are not my strong suit but hey, I’ll take a crack at it. I was born and raised in New York City with a huge multi-cultural family. A book smart, shy, never breaking the rules introvert, I spent most of my life dreaming and waiting for my life to “happen” but settled with letting life happen to me instead. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had incredible experiences but life isn’t always perfect – I’ve had some pretty low points and have lost loved ones along the way. I’ve learned many lessons through the years but I know now, more than anything, that life is what you make of it. So, here I am. Making my life.
After many “I’m starting-over” declarations, I find myself with a new found interest in leading a truly meaningful life on my own terms. One that gives me joy to lead each day. A life that I am proud of. A life that I want to lead with a completely open mind and heart. I want to Live Openly and Love Always and I invite you to take this journey with me.

I am the proud owner of a fur baby, Jenga, a very happy and loving Cockapoo and may I say, the best pandemic co-worker I could ask for
I received my first passport at 3 months old and have been traveling the world ever since
I am a practicing Reiki healer
I am a wine enthusiast and am always looking for recommendations (feel free to send me any that you may have 😉)
I am a novice sewist, a hobby that has become an unexpected source of therapy
I have a deep interest in true crime (I blame it on my childhood fascination with Nancy Drew and Agatha Christie novels)
My favorite sounds are those of ocean waves
I have an obsession with skin care
I enjoy gardening. Watching my roses, hydrangeas and tulips grow each year brings me the greatest joy. Enjoying my Meyer lemons with a glass of ice cold Pelligrino and cooking with the herbs I have grown fulfills my heart.
